# Roadmap

**January 2024:** Inception: Blackwater Labs launches its native token $BWL on the Ethereum Chain, enabling prospective users of Blackwater Labs technology the opportunity to participate in Token acquisition, allowing for ungated access to numerous technological innovations stemming from **The Lab**.

**Q1-Q2 2024:** Technological advancements and Market Share Acquisition: Technology refinement and User-base expansion become key focal points throughout Q1. BWL aims to place its technology in the hands of experienced users looking to significantly increase their odds within an ultra competitive market, capturing market share by adopting an unbreakable attitude of '*we will do it better, for cheaper*'.

**Q3-Q4 2024:** Rapid Growth equates to Required Expansion: Through the efforts placed on market share acquisition in Q1, Q2 provides the fruits of seamless innovation and aggressive marketing efforts. Expansion is necessary to drive accelerated growth metrics and will be achieved by adhering to stage 3 in our 4 Stage Growth plan: 1. Start-up *stage* · 2. Build-up *stage* **· 3. Build-out *****stage***** ·** *4*. Enterprise *stage.* During this process focus shifts towards forging collaborative project partnerships, meeting the needs of exchanges for subsequent listings, and increasing project reach, liquidity and overall market buoyancy.

**Q1-Q2 2025:** Maturity and Solidified Market Position: As Blackwater Labs enters the fourth and final stage of growth, high levels of maturity equal numerous operational advantages. These consist of predictable revenue streams, reduced costs, increasing consumer loyalty and reduced cash outflows. In this operational stage, BWL will become less growth orientated, and more occupied with maintenance and continuity, focusing on acquisitions, large partnerships, and product consistency.
